» The front of the property is accessed through a wide gateway.
» There is a small lip but no step to access the porch.
» The front door opens on to the hall with no steps or lips.
» The front desk is at a low level.
» Assistance dogs are welcome at the guesthouse.
» The ground floor room is accessible by wheelchair.
» The en-suite shower room has a sliding door, but no wheelchair access and some mobility would be required.
» The dining room is on the ground floor next door to the ground floor room.
» The lounge is on the ground floor. It has a step down into it.
» All rooms have cordless kettles and remote control TVs.
» There is a good mobile phone reception.
» The town centre has a bus and train station and is approximately 10 minutes by foot. There are taxi ranks outside the stations and outside the post office in the centre of town.
